As I continue my journey through Elkdom there are friends that I would like to thank,
because you do not get this honor without the help of many! Thanks to the members
of the West Virginia Elks Association for giving me the honor to serve you as your
State President for the 2010-2011 year. To all the members of Weirton Lodge #1801,
to all of the Past State Presidents who answered all of my silly questions with a smile,
too many people to name just one! And to the ones that thanks is not enough;
My family and especially my wife Madeline!
My slogan this year is;
"Hand in Hand, Together We Can".
I have always believed that if one person cannot solve a problem a group of people
can solve anything. The big problem all Lodges are having is membership. Not getting
the new members, but keeping them! I hope we can turn that around this year.
Madeline and I consider it an honor and privilege to serve you as your First Lady and
State President. We will do everything to promote the West Virginia Elks Association.
