PROGRAM

Establish awards for the best Youth Program Lodge Contest.

Encourage each lodge to have a program for Elks National Youth Week.

Assist lodges in establishing youth and Americanism community projects.

Encourage Scouting activities.

Continue programs in Little League Baseball, Soccer, Shoot-outs, Youth Basketball, teenage Golf and others.

Promote 7 - Springs Tournaments.

Continue to support "Just Say No To Drugs", Hoop Shoot, Teenager of the Month, Scholarship awards, AMT and others.

Will coordinate with State Convention Committee arrangements for dinners for all youth receiving scholarship, Americanism , Junior Teenager Boy and Girl, Senior Teenager Boy and Girl and other awards at opening  ceremonies plus their guests.
