2023 Citizen of the Year 

Seven lodges participated in the Citizen of the Year Contest. 
The Citizen of the Year from each District were:
​
     North:  Eric “Rick” Joseph Werner, Wheeling Lodge # 28
     Central:  Dolores Yoke,  Harrison County Lodge # 2875
     South:  Patty “Volunteer” Dodson, Charleston Lodge # 202

The WV Elks State Citizen of the Year for 2022-2023 is Dolores Yoke, representing Harrison County Lodge # 2875.
