​It is with deep sadness I share the attached information received from Grand Lodge Special Deputy Jeff Miller, regarding funeral arrangements for Lester C. "Ted" Hess, PGER.

Here are the confirmed arrangements for the funeral of PGER Lester C. “Ted” Hess, Jr. 
On Monday, November 21, 2022, there will be a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV, 26003, with an Elks Service being held at 3:00 p.m. 

On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, there will be an additional visitation at Kepner Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  Then, at 11:00 a.m., a funeral service will be held at Kepner’s, followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Wheeling.

At 1:30 p.m., a lunch will be held at the Wheeling Elks Lodge, 4706 Jacob Street, Wheeling, WV  26003.  All attendees are invited to attend. 
For those planning to stay overnight, there are two hotels within a half mile of the Funeral Home.  They are: 
1.     SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 908 National Road, Wheeling, WV, 26003.  Phone number (304) 232-8903. 
2.     Hampton Inn Wheeling, 795 National Road, Wheeling, Wv, 26003.  Phone number (304) 233-0440.
